人工硬脑膜的研究与应用进展 被引量:6

摘要 硬脑膜缺损后易形成皮下积液及脑脊液漏,可造成感染;脑组织与头皮下组织直接粘连愈合会增加癫痫的发生机会,修复硬脑膜以恢复其完整性可减少脑脊液漏及癫痫等并发症的发生。近年来,随着组织医学材料研究的兴起,人工硬脑膜的研究取得许多突破性进展。本文就国内外近年来的一些研究成果作一综述。
