后巩膜加固术后患者泪液中 β_2-微球蛋白含量的变化

Changes of lacrimal fluid and its β_2-microglobulin content in patients after posterior scleral reinforcement

目的探讨后巩膜加固术后患者泪液中β2-微球蛋白含量的变化。方法对我院行后巩膜加固术的高度近视患者80例(151眼),分别于术前1d,术后5d、10d、20d、30d、3个月行泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、β2-微球蛋白含量检查,所得结果进行统计分析。结果术前1d,术后5d、10d、20d、30d、3个月泪液分泌量分别是(13.98±3.17)mm、(5.86±2.96)mm、(7.54±4.52)mm、(9.25±3.67)mm、(11.79±5.61)mm、(12.87±4.78)mm,与术前1d相比,术后5d、10d、20d、30d泪液分泌量显著减少,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),而术后3个月差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前1d,术后5d、10d、20d、30d、3个月泪膜破裂时间分别是(16.48±4.18)s、(7.67±2.97)s、(9.26±5.26)s、(11.38±3.48)s、(13.16±5.45)s、(15.34±6.32)s,与术前1d相比,术后5d、10d、20d、30d泪膜破裂时间显著缩短,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),而术后3个月差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前1d,术后5d、10d、20d、30d、3个月泪液中β2-微球蛋白含量分别是(12.54±2.84)mg·L-1、(9.28±4·37)mg·L-1、(10.16±2.78)mg·L-1、(11.65±2.66)mg·L-1、(12.46±5.24)mg·L-1、(13.27±8.95)mg·L-1,与术前1d比较,术后5d、10d、20dβ2-微球蛋白含量差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),而术后30d、3个月差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论后巩膜加固术使泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间和泪液中β-微球蛋白含量减少或降低。

Objective To observe the changes of lacrimal fluid and its β2-microglobulin（β2MG） content in patients after posterior scleral reinforcement.Methods Posterior scleral reinforcement operation was operated on 80 patients（151 eyes） with high myopia in our hospital.The Schirmer I test（SIt）,tear film break-up time（BUT）,the content of β2MG in lacrimal fluid were respectively examined at preoperative 1 day and postoperative 5 days,10 days,20 days,30 days,3 months,the results were statistical analyzed.Results The mean values of SIt at preoperative 1 day and postoperative 5 days,10 days,20 days,30 days,3 months were（13.98±3.17）mm,（5.86±2.96） mm,（7.54±4.52） mm,（9.25±3.67） mm,（11.79±5.61）mm and（12.87±4.78）mm,respectively;Compared with that preoperative 1 day,there were statistical differences at postoperative 5 days,10 days,20 days and 30 days（all P0.05）,but no difference at postoperative 3 months（P0.05）.The mean BUT at preoperative 1 day and postoperative 5 days,10 days,20 days,30 days,3 months were（16.48±4.18）s,（7.67±2.97）s,（9.26±5.26）s,（11.38±3.48）s,（13.16±5.45）s and（15.34±6.32）s,respectively;Compared with that preoperative 1 day,there were statistical differences at postoperative 5 days,10 days,20 days and 30 days（all P0.05）,but no difference at postoperative 3 months（P0.05）.The contents of β2MG in lacrimal fluid at preoperative 1 day and postoperative 5 days,10 days,20 days,30 days,3 months were（12.54±2.84）mg·L-1,（9.28±4.37）mg·L-1,（10.16±2.78）mg·L-1,（11.65±2.66）mg·L-1,（12.46±5.24）mg·L-1 and（13.27±8.95）mg·L-1;Compared with that preoperative 1 day,there were statistical differences at postoperative 5 days,10 days,20 days（all P0.05）,but no difference at postoperative 30 days and 3 months（all P0.05）.Conclusion Posterior scleral reinforcement can reduce and decrease the value of SIt,BUT and the content of β2MG in lacrimal fluid.
