煤矿工人肌肉骨骼疾患健康教育的干预效果 被引量:1

The effects of occupational health education on the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in coal miners

摘要 目的探讨煤矿工人肌肉骨骼疾患的干预措施,为更好地进行肌肉骨骼疾患控制提供依据。方法通过开展现场培训、发放宣传资料、张贴海报等活动,对538名煤矿工人进行职业健康教育的干预,并调查干预前后煤矿工人对肌肉骨骼疾患认识和态度的变化。结果干预后,煤矿工人对关于肌肉骨骼疾患知识的知晓率为52.3%,较干预前(33.8%)明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);干预后煤矿工人对该疾病的防治态度有所改善。结论实施职业健康教育对于提高煤矿工人对肌肉骨骼疾患的认识水平,改变对该疾病的防治态度有重要作用,是一种经济有效的干预措施,适宜在煤矿行业中开展应用。 Objective To explore the intervention measures for musculoskeletal disorders in coal miners in order to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of musculoskeletal disorders. Methods According to preliminary studies on risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders in coal miners, the corresponding measures were taken. The occupational health education were conducted for 538 mine workers by on-site training, distributing promotional materials, posters and other activities, the effects of intervention on musculoskeletal disorders control were assessed. Results Awareness rate (52.3%) of musculoskeletal disorders in coal miner after the intervention was significantly higher than that (33.8%) before the intervention (P〈0.05). The attitude of coal miners on prevention of the disease has been improved. Conclusion The occupational health education is useful for enhancing the awareness of coal miners on the and changing the attitude on prevention of the disease, which is the economic and effective intervention measure for coal mines.
