肝尾状叶异常发育一例

摘要 患者男，46岁。因“查体发现肝尾状叶肿瘤7d”入住肝胆胰脾外科。7d前于当地医院行B超检查发现肝尾状叶低密度灶病变，拟诊为“肝脏肿瘤”。查体：腹平坦，未见胃肠型及蠕动波，腹肌软，腹部未扪及异常包块，全腹无压痛，无反跳痛，肝脾肋下未触及，移动性浊音（-）肠鸣音正常。
