基于蚁群算法的油罐变位识别与体积标定

摘要 储油罐变位识别和体积标定是实际工程中的常见问题。利用近似的思想来确定双变位情况下的油位高度与体积的关系,在工程精度许可的范围内,达到变位识别和罐容表标定的目的。在纵向和横向两种情况分析基础上,利用积分关系建立油位高度与体积关系的数学模型,并给出近似计算公式。通过该公式计算,可将任何罐体的倾斜液高转化为水平状态下的水平液高,再用水平状态下的容积计算公式,即可计算出倾斜卧式罐的近似容积。在此基础上,利用蚁群算法估计倾斜参数,实验结果表明,该方法具有较好的工程实用性。 Deflection identification and volume calibration of oil tank is the common problem in practical engineering fields. Defines the relationship between height and volume with the approximate idea under two-deflection of the oil tank. In the range of engineering precision license, achieves the purposes of deflection identification and volume calibration. Establishes the mathematical model, based on both cases of vertical and horizontal deflection, and gives approximate formula. By the approximate formula, vertical high-level of liquid is changed into horizontal high of liquid, and the approximate volume of two-deflection of the oil tank can calculate by using volume formula under horizontal position. On this basis, estimates deflection parameter by Ant Colony algorithms. Finally, experimental resuh shows that the method is more practical in engineering fields.
