摘要
目的评估自适应前瞻性心电门控技术在降低双源CT冠状动脉成像辐射剂量中的价值。方法心率<70次/min且心率相对稳定的患者150例,80例(P组)行自适应前瞻性心电门控CT冠状动脉血管成像检查,70例(R组)行回顾性心电门控CT冠状动脉血管成像检查,比较2组图像质量和辐射剂量。结果 P组和R组有效辐射剂量分别为(3.35±0.89)mSv和(10.21±3.61)mSv,差异有统计学意义(t=16.442,P=0.000)。2组图像质量比较差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.029,P=0.304)。结论对心率<70次/min且心率相对稳定的患者运用自适应前瞻性心电门控技术,可降低双源CT冠状动脉血管成像的辐射剂量,且图像质量不受影响。
Objective To evaluate the value of adapted prospective ECG-gate on reducing radiation dose of dual-source CT coronary angiography.Methods In 150 patients with stable heart rate70 beats per minute,80 underwent adapted prospective ECG-gate dual-source CT coronary angiography(group P) and 70 received retrospective ECG-gate dual-source CT coronary angiography(group R),respectively.The image quality and radiation dose were compared between two groups.Results The radiation doses of group P and group R were(3.35±0.89)mSv and(10.21±3.61)mSv respectively,which showed a significant difference between two groups(t=16.442,P=0.000).There was no significant difference in image quality between two groups(Z=-1.029,P=0.304).Conclusion For patients with stable heart rate70 beats per minute,the radiation dose can be reduced obviously in CT coronary angiography using adapted prospective ECG-gate technique and preserve good image quality.
