脊髓损伤中少突胶质细胞的病理学研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 少突胶质细胞(OL)经过增殖、迁移、分化、髓鞘化,最终形成轴突绝缘髓鞘。髓鞘形成障碍或变性,会影响中枢神经系统(CNS)信号传导,造成信号传导延迟或中断。越来越多的证据表明,OL参与脊髓损伤(SCI)的病理过程并发挥重要作用。理解0L在SCI中病理变化及机制,对认识与修复SCI具有非常重要的意义。本文将综述SCI中OL病理学方面的研究进展。
