滤纸上纳米金膜及其表面增强拉曼散射效应 被引量:3

2D-Gold nano-film on qualitative filter paper for SERS study

摘要 以定性滤纸为衬底,采用自组装吸附方法制备二维纳米金膜.场发射扫描电镜实验发现,该金膜在滤纸表面分布均匀且存在许多纳米金团簇.以罗丹明6G为探针分子,该金膜表现出良好的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)效应,其检测限可以达到10-8mol.L-1.制备方法简单、快速、成本低,适合于批量生产.该基于滤纸制备的金膜有望用于实际领域的SERS检测. Qualitative filter paper was employed as a substrate to prepare two-dimensional gold nano-film by self-assembly.FE-SEM image explored that the uniform gold nano-film containing gold clusters with the reasonable gaps of neighbor gold particles could form at the surface of qualitative filter paper.When Rhodamine 6G(R6G) was used as a molecular probe,the gold nano-film exhibited excellent surface enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS) activity and limit of detection for R6G was of 10-8mol·L-1.The proposal method for preparing two-dimensional gold nano-film based on qualitative filter paper was simple,rapid,low cost,and suitable for mass production.Such two-dimensional gold nano-film should become an ideal candidate for SERS practical applications.
