滴水湖浮游植物群落结构特征及对其水质评价 被引量:15

摘要 通过2009年1、4、7、10月对滴水湖浮游植物进行4次调查采样,研究滴水湖浮游植物群落结构特征,评价滴水湖水质现状.共鉴定浮游植物96种,隶属于8门48属.其中绿藻门种类居首位,有21属51种;其次为硅藻门11属20种;蓝藻门8属16种;隐藻门2属3种;裸藻门2属2种;金藻门2属2种;甲藻门1属1种;黄藻门1属1种.平均数量生物量是2054.28×104个/L,其中绿藻比例最高,占总量的41%;其次是硅藻,占总量的30.5%;蓝藻第三,占总量的16.5%;其他藻类所占比例较小.根据浮游植物群落结构并结合部分理化指标对湖区进行水质评价,结果显示滴水湖水质属于中-富营养. Phytoplankton from Dishui Lake was respectively investigated in january and april and july and october,2009.Water physiochemical indexes of each sampling site were measured.96 species of phytoplankton belonging to 48 genera 8 divisions were indentified,of which the most abundant was Chlorophyta,with 51 species of 21 genera;followed successively by Bacillariophyta,with 20 species of 11 genera;Cyanophyta,with 16 species of 8 genera;Cryptophyta,with 3 species of 2 genera;Euglenophyta,with 2 species of 2 genera;Chrysophyta,with 2 species of 2 genera;Dinophyta,with 1 species of 1 genera;and Xanthophyta,with 1 species of 1 genera.The average biamass of phytoplankton in Dishui Lake was 2054.28×104 ind·L-1,mostly of Chlorophyta,taking up 41% of the total,followed successively by Bacillariophyta,taking up 30.5% of the total and Cyanophyta,taking up 16.5% of the total.The water quality was assessed by dominant species,biomass,Shannon-Weaver diversity index,Margalef index,Pielou evenness index,CODMn and transparency.The evaluation indicated that the water quality of Dishui Lake was medium-eutrophication.
