宫颈癌腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移的危险因素分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨早期浸润性子宫颈癌腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移的临床病理因素。方法回顾性分析了行手术治疗且术中行腹主动脉旁淋巴结切除的114例ⅠB1~ⅡA2期子宫颈癌患者的临床资料。进行单因素、多因素分析早期浸润性宫颈癌腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移的危险因素。结果 114例患者术后病理证实,腹主动脉旁淋巴转移11例(9.65%),盆腔淋巴结转移55例(48.25%),其中髂总淋巴结转移21例(18.42%)。单因素分析显示:浸润深间质、脉管瘤栓、盆腔淋巴结转移、髂总淋巴结转移、血清鳞状上皮癌抗原水平与腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移有关(<0.05),进行逐步Logistic回归分析发现仅髂总淋巴结转移是腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移独立的危险因素。结论髂总淋巴结转移是早期浸润性宫颈癌腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移相关的独立高危因素。
