徐汇滨江的规划实践——兼论滨江公共空间的特色塑造

Planning Prctice of Xuhui Riverbank Area——Discussion on Character Reconstruction of Riverbank Area Public Space

徐汇滨江是复合了浦江城市级功能拓展带、滨江核心景观区、城市滨水公共空间、旧城更新与旧区改建等多重属性的特定区域。通过回顾近年来徐汇滨江的规划建设实践,系统梳理了各项功能性规划、景观性规划和配套规划设计的历程与作用,尝试对城市重点功能区各项规划的层次关系与逻辑序列进行体系重构。并结合徐汇滨江已建成的特色公共空间,重点阐释滨江景观道、滨水区复合动线、多级亲水空间、城市记忆留存等核心理念在徐汇滨江规划中的生成机制与开发建设中的实现机制。进而提出了徐汇滨江规划实践的现实意义。

The Xuhui Riverbank Area is a muilti-character complex of municipal function expansion, riverbank landscape, urban waterside public space and slum renovation. Through going over recent planning and construction practice in the Xuhui Riverbank Area, the systematic review of the designing process of all the functional, landscape and supplementary planning in the area and their effects, this thesis hopes to restructure the logical sequence and relative level of different planning systems to a key urban district; also through examining the unique features of the completed parts of the Xuhui Riverbank Area, elaborates on the implementation mechanism of core concepts, such as riverbank driveway, riverbank area motion complex, multi-means waterside accessibility and urban memory conservation, during the planning and construction of the Xuhui Riverbank Area; and ultimately points out the practical significance of the Xuhui Riverbank Area.
