面向转型发展的城市设计实践探索——以苏河湾地区城市设计为例

Practice and Exploration of Urban Design Facing Transforming Development——A Case Study of Urban Design for Suzhou River Creek Area

"创新驱动、转型发展"是后世博时期上海市委市政府的重要战略部署。面向转型和发展的总体要求,2010年闸北区开展了苏河湾地区城市设计的国际方案征集和深化工作。回顾了城市设计工作中,通过多种理念和技术手段的创新研究,在重新审视定位、转变产业结构、拓展发展空间、传承历史文化、推进规划实施等方面,进行的规划实践和探索。

＂Transforming development propelled by innovation＂ is the important strategy of Shanghai government and municipal committee of CPC in the era of post-Expo. Facing the overall object of transforming development, ZHABEI carried out the urban design of Suzhou River Creek Area in 2010. This paper reviews, in course of the designing, the practice and exploration in aspects of reconsidering location, transforming the structure of industry, expanding development space, continuing historic culture, and propelling plan implementation.
