摘要
社会融资总量是全面反映金融与经济关系,以及金融对实体经济资金支持的总量指标。社会融资总量概念的提出,对完善当前金融统计制度提出了新的要求。文章立足于操作实践层面,从尽快提高全社会对该项指标认知度、明确统计执行主体、规范指标统计范围和口径等方面,就构建和完善我国社会融资总量统计制度提出建议。
Total social financing is an aggregate indicator to fully reflect the relationship between finance and economy as well as the support of finance to the real economy.The introduction of ＂total social financing＂ concept has laid down new requirements for improving the current financial statistics system.From the perspective of operational practice,this article has put forward suggestions on establishing and improving the statistical system for total social financing in China in respect of enhancing social recognition of the indicator, specifying the statistical implementation authority and regulating the statistical scope and standard of the indicator.
