The European debt crisis continued fermentation.All the problems including government negligence of duties, excessive borrowing,institutional defects accumulation effects,etc accumulated and finally lead to the outbreak of the crisis.It heavily destructed the global economy. The countries in the crisis couldn't solve its own problems by itself.
