摘要
目的探讨社会支持对肝癌患者术后饮食治疗依从性的影响。方法问卷调查第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院行手术治疗的肝癌患者90例,了解其社会支持状况,并对不同社会支持程度的患者进行依从性对比。结果肝癌患者总体社会支持高于正常人(P<0.01),且社会支持越好,术后饮食治疗依从性越高(P<0.01);不同依从性患者在社会支持总分及各分项上比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论护士在护理肝癌患者时应注意调动患者的社会支持来源,以提高患者对饮食治疗的依从性。
Objective To investigate the effect of social support on the postoperative compliance to alimentary control in patients with primary liver cancer（PLC）.Methods Totally 90 PLC patients underwent operations were interviewed to know the status of their social support and compare the compliance of patients with different social support.Results The social support of patients with PLC was higher than that of normal people（P0.01）.Higher social support resulted in better compliance to alimentary control（P0.01）.Significant differences were also observed on the total score of social support and score in each dimension in patient with different compliances（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion More attention should be attached to social supports in the nursing process to improve compliance to alimentary control of patients.
