半乳凝素-7与支气管哮喘研究进展 被引量:1

Research on the galectin-7 and bronchial asthma

摘要 半乳凝素-7是半乳糖凝集素家族成员之一,主要分布在上皮组织中,与上皮细胞的黏附、生长、分化、迁移,及抑制或促进肿瘤细胞的发生、促进肿瘤细胞转移等有关。与此同时,半乳凝素-7作为PIGl(p53-inducedgene1)的产物,与p53凋亡前功能有关,参与细胞的凋亡。越来越多的研究显示半乳凝素7参与了支气管哮喘的发生、发展。本文就半乳凝素-7与支气管哮喘关系的研究作一综述。 Galectin-7 is a family of galectins, mainly distributes in the epithelial tissues,and has a relationship with the adhering,growth ,differentiation ,migration of the epithelial cells, the suppression or promotion of the occurrence of tumor cells, the promotion of the metastasis of tumor cells and so on related. At the same time, as the product of PIG1 (p53-induced gene 1), galectin-7 participates in the former function of apoptosis, and involves in apoptosis. More and more researches demonstrated that galectin-7 had participated in the occurrence and development of bronchial asthma. This article makes a summary on the researches which relate with the bronchial asthma and galectin-7.
