铁黄颜料制备高效煤气脱硫剂初探

摘要 为了扩大铁黄颜料的应用范围,尝试用铁黄颜料为主体,配以少量铜和铈的氧化物为改性剂,再添加惰性骨料、黏结剂、造孔剂等辅料,以特殊工艺制得高效煤气脱硫剂。该脱硫剂可将含硫量37 000 mg/m3的煤气吸附净化至含硫量1 mg/m3以下,而且其最大硫容可达25 gS/100 g。实验表明:铁黄颜料很适合制作煤气脱硫剂。 In order to expand the application range of iron oxide yellow pigment, an efficient desulfurizer for gas was prepared with iron oxide yellow, cupric oxide, cerium nitrate hexahydrate, pore-forming material, binder and some inert aggregate by a novel preparation method. The results showed that the desulfurizer is capable of reducing the sulfur content of gas from 37 000 mg/m3 to below 1mg/m3. The maximum sulfur capacity can be reached about 25 gS/100g. The research confirmed that the iron oxide yellow pigment is suitable for preparing desulfurizer for gas.
