盾构隧道双层衬砌效果的离心模型试验研究

Centrifuge Modelling on Double Lining of Shield Tunnels

目前,国内部分盾构隧道采用内部构筑双层衬砌的设计施工方法。增加内衬是提高隧道纵向刚度的一种较好的选择。但内衬的增加会导致隧道自重的增加,对软土地层中隧道的长期沉降产生一定影响。为研究双层衬砌与单层衬砌的区别,本文结合上海某大直径越江隧道工程实例进行了离心模型试验,得出了两种衬砌结构的长期变形特性,评价了双层衬砌的功能,为合理地应用双层衬砌提供参考。

At present,most of highway and metro shield tunnels in our country use single segment lining.For improving bending stiffness,some tunnels use additional secondary lining.But the increase of the selfweight will influence the settlement of the tunnel.This paper simulates the double lining using centrifuge model tests,and studies the relations between the double lining and the deformation of the tunnel.The single lining was also studied in the test.
