PICC导管相关性感染危险因素分析及护理措施

Risk factors for PICC-related infection and nursing countermeasures

目的探讨引起PICC导管相关性感染的相关因素并制定护理措施。方法对360例患者的PICC导管进行临床观察及出院后的定期随访。结果 360例患者留置PICC导管患者发生导管相关性感染26例,感染率7.2%,分析感染因素包括置管护士操作经验少、使用特殊药物、导管留置时间、置管前的各项准备等。结论 PICC导管相关性感染的发生率较高,与多种因素有关,通过制定相应护理措施可降低感染的发生率,提高护理工作质量;每科室制定专职置管护士及导管专人维护、统一各项操作规范。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the factors causing PICC catheter related infection and formulate measures for nursing.METHODS Clinical observations were made for 360 patients with PICC catheters.They were followed-up periodically after discharge.RESULTS Infections occurred with 26 patients among the 360 cases who retained PICC catheters.The related factors included less experience of nurses,using special drugs,maintaining time of catheter,and the preparations before placing the catheter.CONCLUSIONS The incidence of PICC catheter related infections is high,with a variety of factors.The development of appropriate nursing interventions can reduce the incidence of infections and improve nursing work.Every department should arrange full-time nurses charging for setting and keeping the catheter.Standards for operations must be unified.
