摘要
目的比较2种浓度的含氯消毒剂用于新生儿培养箱终末消毒的效果,探讨二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒剂用于新生儿培养箱消毒的较低有效浓度。方法在相同环境条件下将新生儿培养箱随机分为A、B两组,对连续使用的培养箱每7 d统一进行一次终末消毒,其中A组(n=42)采用500 mg/L有效氯擦拭消毒、B组(n=45)采用250 mg/L有效氯擦拭消毒,分别于消毒前和消毒后30 min对培养箱定位采样行细菌培养,比较2组方法的消毒效果。结果消毒前所有样本细菌培养阳性率为100.0%,消毒后A、B两组细菌培养阳性率分别是19.0%和20.0%,差异无统计学意义;微生物检测消毒合格率分别是95.2%和93.3%,差异无统计学意义。结论在Ⅱ类环境中培养箱保持清洁的基础上,2种浓度的含氯消毒剂均具有良好的消毒效果,但低浓度消毒剂对培养箱的腐蚀性和对环境空气的污染性更小,更适合应用于培养箱的终末消毒。
OBJECTIVE To compare different concentrations of surface disinfectants applied in clinic for infant incubator without laboratory data,so as to find the minimal effective concentration of chlorine-containing disinfectant for infant incubator.METHODS The normal used infant incubators were divided randomly into group A(n=42) and B(n=45) for terminal disinfection,and available chlorine contents were 500 mg/L for group A,250 mg/L for group B.Fixed points in each incubator were sampled for bacteria culture before and after disinfection to compare disinfection effect.RESULTS The positive rates of bacteria culture of the incubators were all 100.0% before disinfection,19.0% in group A and 20.0% in group B after disinfection,there was statistically significance between two groups(χ2=0.0125,P0.05).Microbiological detection qualification rates were 95.2% in group A and 93.3% in group B,there was statistically significance between two groups(χ2=0.00767,P0.05).CONCLUSION On the basis of infant incubator being kept clean in grade Ⅱ circumstance,the two different concentrations of chlorine-containing disinfectant have the same excellent terminal disinfection efficacy,but lower concentrations of chlorine-containing disinfectant are more suitable for terminal disinfection on infant incubator because of its lower corrosiveness on incubator and less pollution on air.
