口腔专科医院消毒供应中心的运行新模式

New operation mode of central sterile supply department in stomatology hospital

目的探讨口腔医院供应中心引进全自动清洗机后的运行新模式。方法应用清洗机,将不同科室高低速手机及门诊器械进行清洗消毒,并根据不同种类实施不同的管理方式。结果该模式不但有效减少医院感染,减轻临床护士工作量,而且使口腔器械得到了专业的保养和养护,节约医院资源,降低成本,使器械清洗、包装、灭菌更加规范。结论新运行模式在临床应用中取得了良好的效果。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the new operation mode of central sterile supply department of stomatology hospital after introducing the automatic washing machine.METHODS The high and low-speed clinical handpieces and other instruments were washed and disinfected by the washing machine,and different categories of instruments were managed by different management modes.RESULTS The operation mode not only reduced the hospital infection effectively,alleviated the clinical nurse workload,but also maintained the dental instruments professionally,saved hospital resources,reduced cost and had the instruments washed,packaged,sterilized more regularized.CONCLUSION The new operation mode of central sterile supply department has obtained good efficacy in clinical application.
