摘要
防水分项工程作为建筑工程的一部分,虽然仅占工程造价的1%-5%,但其对整个工程质量的影响却不容忽视。根据有关部门对商品房质量问题的投诉调查显示,针对渗漏水问题的投诉所占比例最大,约60%左右。本文重点分析建筑屋面渗漏水问题,结合建筑施工实际经验,以供参考。
