中国城市中心区二次改造初步研究——以南京市玄武区相府营地块为例

Preliminary Study of Second Renewal of Urban Centers in China——Take Xiangfu Camp of Xuanwu District of Nanjing as An Example

文章以南京城市中心区为例分析了中国城市中心区现状,明确城市中心区二次改造的目标,并总结了香港旧城改造、新加坡城市建设和柯布西耶光明城市理论的经验,提出了我国城市中心区二次改造的概念性方案。

This paper discusses the current situation of urban centers,puts forward the target of second renewal of urban centers in China;and with the experience of urban renewal in Hong Kong,urban construction in Singapore and ＂Radiant City＂ theory of Le Corbusier,puts forward the conceptual solution of second renewal of urban centers in China.
