杭州中山路步行街“引水入街”环境改造手法研究

On the"Water into the Street"Environment Improvement Approach of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street in Hangzhou

中山路是杭州市最具代表性的历史街区。为了进一步加强街区的保护,同时振兴商业,改善环境,2008年杭州市启动中山路综合保护与有机更新工程,次年10月竣工。在诸多建设举措中,中山路步行街"引水入街"的环境改造成为该工程的一个亮点。本文对"引水入街"举措在背景、特点及意义三个方面进行了研究,期望能凝练这一举措的经验,为城市历史街区保护与振兴提供积极的借鉴。

Zhongshan Road is the most representative historic district in Hangzhou.In order to further enhance the district protection,revitalize the business,improve the environment,Hangzhou started a comprehensive protection and organic renewal project of Zhongshan Road in 2008,completed in October the next year. In many building strategies,the ＂water into the street＂ environment improvement approach in Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street is the highlight for the project.The paper makes a research on the ＂water into the street＂ approach from the three aspects of background,features and significance,hoping to summarize the application experience and providing a positive reference for other urban historic district protection and revitalization.
