摘要
输出窗是高功率回旋管的关键部件之一。它的好坏直接影响回旋管的性能,甚至整管研制的成败。如果窗片的反射升高,在高功率情况下返回到高频系统的功率将显著上升,引起在高频系统中自激振荡,从而降低回旋管的高频输出功率和模式纯度,乃至于使回旋管不能正常稳定工作。由于窗片介质损耗因子的存在,当微波通过输出窗时会在窗片中产生高频介质损耗,微波的功率越高,产生的热量就越多。这就会导致输出窗片温度过高,热应力过大。当窗片的热应力超出它的承受能力时,窗片就会破裂。因此,有必要对输出窗进行热分析研究,为输出窗的设计提供理论依据。
Output window is one of the key part of the gyrotron, which speciality can decide the speciality of the gyrotron greatly. The major subjects of output window design for high power gyrotron are to reduce the reflection and absorption power in order to enhance the gyrotron' s stability and protect the output window. In that dissertation the output windows' refection and absorption should be analyzed in detail. This dissertation designs a 8mm output window and analyzes the output window' s propagation characteristics, absorbed power and so on, in order to give a better understanding of output window.
