S波段20W Doherty功放的设计

摘要 3GPP长期演进(LTE)项目是近两年来3GPP启动的最大的新技术研发项目,为了满足3GPP对LTE项目的相关要求,必须提出在更高的频段设计高效功率放大器的方案。文章通过ADS2008设计了一个工作在C波段的DPA,中心频率为2350MHz,仿真结果显示最终的输出功率为20W,带宽为100M,最大效率为51.18%。 3GPP Long Term Evolution (LTE) project started nearly two years 3GPP largest technology R & D projects, in order to meet the 3GPP requirements for LTE project must be made at a higher frequency band high efficiency power amplifier design program. This article designed a DPA in C-band by ADS2008, the center frequency is 2350MHz, the simulation results show that the final output power of 20W, bandwidth 100M, the maximum efficiency of 51.18%.
