高效率非对称Doherty功放的研究

摘要 面对高速增长的移动数据业务和频谱资源短缺的威胁,高峰均比(PAR)的调制方式不断出现,如OFDM调制方式,这就对功放的线性度提出了较高的要求。为了保证信号的线性度,一般采用功率回退的方法来实现。但是这样的方案是以牺牲效率为代价的。1936年Doherty提出的高效率方案能够很好解决这一难题,非Doherty技术能够使放大器在很宽的功率变化范围内保持高效率输出。 To overcome the throat of rapid growth of mobile data and services and the shortage of spectrum resources, and the emerging of high PAR in modulation ,such as OFDM modulation, which the PA need a high linearity requirements. In order to ensure signal linearity, the general method of power hack to achieve. But at the expense of cost efficieney. 1936, Doherty' s high efficiency solutions can solve this problem, ADoherty amplifier technology can enable a wide rang of power output to maintain high efficiency.
