The Novel and Applicable Design for Synchronous Mechanism

分析现有典型同步机构,应用数控原理及典型零部件(增量光电编码器、伺服电动机驱动器)提出一种新的同步机构设计方法。这种设计方法简单易懂,其整体结构布局灵活、方便,可在机械结构的同步机构设计中推广应用。

The typical and existing synchronous mechanism were analyed. The principle of NC and typical components（incremental optical encoder and servo motor driver） were applied. A new synchronous mechanism design method is proposed. This design method is simple and straightforward. Its layout of the overall structure is flexible and convenient. It will be popularized in the mechanical structure design.
