摘要
采用超高效液相色谱,C18色谱柱,PDA紫外检测器,以甲醇-0.1%冰乙酸水溶液为流动相,流速0.3mL/min,检测波长为260 nm的条件下。同时测定吲哚乙酸、脱落酸赤霉素玉米素4种激素,各峰的分离效果理想,10min内完成了测定。玉米素平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为3.6%,赤霉素平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为2.6%,吲哚乙酸平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为2.8%,脱落酸平均回收率为101.1%,RSD为3.3%。
A method was created for the determination of indole-3-acid (IAA), abscisic-acid (ABA), gibberllin (GA3), zeatin (ZT) in Guangxi by using a C18 chromatographic column and a UV detector (λ =260nm). The mobile plase was composed of methanol and 0.1% acetica acid and the flow rate was 0.3% mL/min. These hormones were separated well in i0 min with the average recoveries of ZT, IAA, ABA, GA3 were 98.2%, 98.8%, 101. 1%, and 98.2% while the RSDs of them were 3.6%,2.8%,3.3%,2.6%.
