"专业设置是社会需求与高职高专实际教学工作紧密结合的纽带"。做好地方性高职院校专业与企业的对接是增强职业教育为地方经济发展服务功能的基本途径。广泛深入地开展市场调研,摸清企业人才需求和岗位职业技能需求,根据岗位及岗位职业能力需求,与企业专家共同优化人才培养方案,探讨专业方向和课程体系的设置,做好主要岗位专业技能核心课程的教学和学生顶岗实习的组织管理,是专业对接企业的三个重要环节。
