连续式管式反应器生产生物柴油工艺参数

摘要 以光皮树油为原料,采用本实验室设计的连续式管式反应器,辅以本实验室开发的超强固体酸开展生产生物柴油管式反应参数研究。在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验对工艺参数进行研究,得出最佳工艺条件为:反应温度220℃,反应压力6 MPa,甲醇与光皮树油进样量(体积比)比3:1,在此条件下生物柴油(脂肪酸甲酯,FAME)得率达到95.7%。 Producing FAME(Fatty Acid Methyl Esters) by continuous tubular reactor were the milestone of biodiesel industry revolution.Using Swida wilsoniana(S.wilsoniana) oil as the feedstock,biodiesel was produced by a lab designed continuous tubular reactor.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure,and the ratio of alcohol to the S.wilsoniana oil(volume ratio) were investigated in this study.The optimal production processing parameters were found to be:reaction temperature 220 ℃,reaction pressure 6 MPa,ratio of alcohol to the S.wilsoniana oil(volume ratio) 3:1.The content of fatty acid methylester in the biodiesel produced at this condition was 95.7%.
