摘要
提出了一种新的"液压整流系统+稳压处理电路"的联合整流桥方案来有效解决震动能量回收的问题。首先介绍了方案的工作原理,然后分析了其震动激励下的运动特性和发电机特性,并通过AMEsim仿真实验,验证了方案的有效性。最后,将方案应用到电梯自动控制中,相比于传统的阀控液压电梯相比,具有控制性能优、节能效果显著等特点。
This paper presents a new "hydraulic system + regulator rectifier processing circuit," a joint program of the rectifier bridge to effectively address the vibration energy recovery problem. This paper first introduced the program works, and then analyzed their motion characteristics of vibration excitation and generator characteristics, and through AMEsim simulation experiment to test the effectiveness of this program. Finally, the program applied to the elevator automatically control, compared with conventional valve - controlled hydraulic elevator, this program can obtain the excellently controlling performance, and energy- saving effect is remarkable.
