服务业客户关系及员工综合管理系统的设计与实现

摘要 随着服务业的日益发展壮大,很多行业的发展已经走向企业化。之前的手工式、家族式管理模式已经难以适应当今实际的管理需求。为了更好的满足经营者的各类管理需求,本文采用现今流行的统一建模语言UML、.NET技术、C#和SQL Server2000数据库技术,开发了基于C/S模式下的服务业综合管理系统。本系统最终能实现会员管理,员工管理,店面经营的收银收支、员工考勤等管理,商品的入库、出库、盘点等管理。最大程度地节约经营者的经济成本和人事成本,从而提升企业的竞争优势及经济效益。 With the development of service industry, many companies have established modem enterprise system. The previous workshop and family-based management mode cannot meet the requirements of modem management any more. In order to satisfy the needs of management in different trades, by means of applying the popular techniques of UML, .NET, C# and SQL Server 2000, this paper, based on the model of C/S, develops an comprehensive management system for the service industries. This comprehensive system consists of several sub-systems. The first one serves for the management of membership, The second is used for the management of the staff. And also, the systems include the daily management of cash balance-sheet, the attendance of staff, the storage, In a word, this comprehensive system can reduce the running expenses and the costing of hiring to greatest extent thus improving the advantages of competitiveness and the economic benefits.
