我国民族教育的政策工具发展研究

The Application of Policy Instruments in China's Ethnic Education Reform:A Text Analysis

本研究利用自愿性、强制性与混合型政策工具及其细分项目,对国家及五个自治区的《中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中民族教育政策规划进行了文本分析,并总结出若干特点。在此基础上,研究对推动我国民族教育的政策工具发展提出了若干建议。

The ＂Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development（2010-2020）＂ at both the national and regional level serves as the blueprint for China＇s education reform and development in the 21st century.This paper classifies policy instruments into three categories,i.e.voluntary instrument,mandatory instrument and mixed instrument,and then analyzes the outline＇s text concerning ethnic education policy.Suggestions to promote the development of policy instruments for ethnic education are also put forward.
