摘要
本文在"以结果为基础"的教育理念基础上,介绍了美国医学研究生教育认证委员会提出的医学生及医师能力模型,总结了威斯康星大学医学院应用上述模型的成功经验。本研究认为制定严谨而完善的医学生及医师能力标准、针对不同阶段医学生细化操作要求、实施多样化的评估手段是影响"以结果为基础"的教育在我国医学教育中实施的重要因素。
On the basis of the "Outcome-based Education",this article not only summarizes the competency model of the "Outcome-based Project" conducted by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education(ACGME) in the U.S.,but also analyzes the successful experience of implementing this model at the School of Medicine and Public Health of the University of Wisconsin.In addition,the article points out that the competency model,performance levels and multiple evaluation methods are important factors behind the implementation of the "Outcome-based Education" in China.
