随着依法治校的不断深入,高校图书馆运行过程中的法律问题就愈来愈受社会关注。要做到依法治馆,就应该首先从保护好读者的隐私权、著作权人的知识产权,正确行使图书馆的管理处分权,尊重读者的人格尊严等方面着手。

With the continuous deepening of managing school according to law, people have been paying more and more attention to legal issues concerning the running of university libraries. In order to legally manage libraries, the essential point is that we are supposed to protect readers＇ privacy and copyright holders＇ intellectual property rights, appropriately exercise library＇s management and punishment power and respect readers＇ dignity.
