2007~2010年玉林市餐饮、公共场所从业人员沙门菌携带状况检测分析 被引量:6

Detection of Salmonella Carrying Status Among Employees of Restaurant and Public Places in Yulin City,2007-2010

摘要 [目的]分析玉林城区2007~2010年餐饮服务业从业人员沙门菌携带状况,为加强卫生管理及防控食物中毒和肠道传染病提供科学依据。[方法]参照GB/T4789-2003、2008和《全国临床检验操作规程》第3版对从业人员肛拭标本进行增菌、分离、生化及血清学鉴定,并对携菌者资料进行分析。[结果]2007~2010年共检测从业人员84147名,检出沙门菌96株,携带平均检出率为11.41/万,各年间差异虽无统计学意义(P>0.05),但携带检出率由2007年10.29/万降到2008年7.94/万后呈逐年上升趋势;96株沙门氏菌共有8个血清群,其中B群最多39株占40.62%;C1群26株,占27.08%;再次E1群16.66%,F群最少1株占1.04%;四季沙门菌检出率变化明显,夏、秋季检出率高于冬、春季,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);沙门菌带菌者年龄为18~53岁,不同年龄组沙门菌构成比以21~30岁年龄组最高48.96%,≥51年龄组率最低2.08%;不同行业和性别间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]玉林市从业人员沙门菌携带率有逐年上升趋势,年龄、性别、服务点的携带分散、隐蔽,夏秋季是沙门菌防控的重点。 [Objective]To analyze the Salmonella carrying status among the employees of restaurant in Yulin city during 2007-2010 ,so as to provide scientific basis for the strengthening of health management and prevention of food poisoning and intestinal infectious diseases. [Methods]In reference to the standard of GB/T4789-2003,2008 and the National Clinical Laboratory Procedures (the 3rd edition), collecting the anal swab specimens of the employees,and then enriching bacterial ,isolating, biochemistry and serotype identification,and analyzing the information of the bacteria carrier. [Results]During 2007-2010,84,147 employees were detected, and there were 96 Salmonella carriers among them, the average rate of bacteria carrying was 11.41/10^1. Although the difference between each year was not statistically significant( P 〉0.05), since the rate from 10.29/10^4 in 2007 down to 7.94/10^4 in 2008, the latter was increasing year by year. There were 8 serum groups in those 96 salmonellae,in which there were 39 B groups accounting for 40.62% it was the most,26 C1 groups accounting for 27.08% ,and then E1 groups 16.66% ,one F group accounted for 1.04% it was the least. The difference was obvious in four seasons, the carrying rate in summer and fall was higher then spring and winter, the data were statistically significant ( P〈0.01). The youngest carrier was 18 years,and the oldest was 53 years old. In different ages groups,the rate of bacteria carrying was 48.96%(47/96)in 21-30 age group which was highest,and the rate was 2.08%(2/96)in ≥ 51 age group which was lowest. The difference of industry and sex was not statistically significant ( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion]The rate of Salmonella carrier among employees has increased year by year in Yulin city,and the carrier in the age, sex and work location is scattered and concealed. The summer and fall are the focus of prevention and control of Salmonella.
