1996～2010年内蒙古通辽市梅毒流行特征分析

Analysis on the Epidemic Features of Syphilis in Tongliao City,1996-2010

[目的]了解通辽市梅毒发病趋势和流行特征,为今后制定全市梅毒防治策略提供科学依据。[方法]对通辽市1996～2010年梅毒疫情分布情况进行分析。[结果]1996～2010年合计报告梅毒1474例,发病率为3.17/10万,呈逐年增高的趋势。病例临床分期以Ⅰ期为主,715例,其次是隐性453例,Ⅱ期292例,Ⅲ期3例,胎传11例。男性发病率为1.63/10万,女性发病率为1.55/10万;20～29岁年龄组发病较高,占32.80%;职业以农民为主,占35.10%,其次是无业和其他人员,分别占20.00%和16.60%。[结论]通辽市梅毒总体发病呈上升趋势,青壮年和农民为主。

[Objective]To understand the tendency and epidemic features of syphilis in Tongliao city, 1996-2010, so as to provide basis for working out the strategies of prevention and control of syphilis in the future. [Methods]Analysis was made on the epidemic distribution of syphilis in Tongliao city, 1996-2010. [Results]l 474 syphilis cases were reported during 1999-2010, up year by year, the incidence was 3.17/10^5. Syphilis cases were most I of syphilis, 715, recessive syphilis was the second. The incidence of male was 1.63/10^5 ,the incidence of female was 1.55/10^5 ;syphilis was the highest in the 20-29 age group,32.80% ;The first three occupation： farmer,jobless and others,35.10% ,20.00/% and 16.60% respectivelyly. [Conclusion]The tendency goes up in overall incidence of syphilis,mainly young adults and farmers.
