2006～2010年玉林市羁押人员HIV检测资料分析

Analysis on the Prevalence of HIV Among the People in Detention in Yulin City,2006-2010

[目的]了解玉林市羁押人员HIV感染情况及影响因素,为制定控制策略和措施提供依据。[方法]对2006～2010年玉林市羁押人员进行HIV抗体检测,并对检测资料进行分析。[结果]2006～2010年筛查羁押人员17002名,发现HIV阳性49例,HIV阳性率为0.29%。HIV阳性率2006～2010年分别为0.57%、0.34%、0.25%、0.22%、0.22%;男性为0.31%,女性为0.00%。49例阳性者中,经静脉吸毒者20例,阳性率1.15%;性乱者12例,阳性率0.35%。[结论]玉林市羁押人员艾滋病感染者/病人主要分布于有吸毒行为和不良性行为人群。

[Objective]To understand the situation of HIV infection and its influencing factors among the people in detention in Yulin city, so as to provide basis for the formulation of control strategies and measures. [Methods]Anti-HIV of the people in detention was detected in Yulin city,2006 2010 ,and the data of then, were analyzed. [Results]HIV antibody test was conducted among 17 002 people in detention during 2006 2010,49 of them were HIV antibody positive,with the positive rate of 0.29%. The positive rate was0.57%,0.34%,0.25%,0.22%,and 0.22% during 2006 2010,was0.31 in males and it was 0.00% in females. 20 were infected through IDU,12 through sexual behavior among 49 persons with HIV positive. [Conclusion] HIV/AIDS among the people in detention in Yulin city are mainly drug users and sexual promiscuity group.
