摘要
针对目前动平衡机系列间相似零件的重复设计问题,应用VB语言和Solidworks API(Application Programming Interface)函数,开发用户系统,调用Solidworks软件平台在基准零件模型基础上实现零件的参数化设计,并通过部件自动装配检测所设计零件的装配干涉状况,显著提高了动平衡机零件的设计效率.
Due to the part similarity among the series of dynamic balancing machines,the repetitive design problem is currently tackled.Based on VBTM and Solidworks APITM functions,a customized system is implemented by calling Solidworks software platform for parametric part design instead of standard part models.Furthermore,the part assembly interventions are tested via automatic component assembly.Therefore,the design efficiency of dynamic balancing machines is significantly improved.
