摘要
拖轮的港区作业是关系到整个港口作业效率的重要环节.传统的仿真方法得到的拖轮配置方案虽然可以使拖轮的总作业能力基本满足港口作业的需求,但实际作业中拖轮不足的情况仍时有发生.针对这一问题,在全面分析天津港区作业条件的前提下,探讨了下一动态进港护航数量与本动态港区拖轮总作业能力的关系,并通过仿真实验二者的关系进行了进一步的验证.仿真实验结果不仅证实了二者之间确实存在相互关系,还给出了这二者之间的大致数量关系,这对所研究的问题提供了可行的解释.
The tugboat operations in a port zone secure a crucial position in port operational efficiency.Although the traditional researches on overall tugboat allocation can essentially meet port operational demands,the temporary lack of tugboat service is unavoidable practically.To resolve this impact,the operational conditions in Tainjin Port Zone are first analyzed.Then,the relationship between the entring convoy number in the next working period and the overall operational ability in iurrent working period is identified and verified via simulation experiments.Finally,it is found from simulation experimental results that the quantitative relation between them can be approximately obtained.Therefore,this approach provides a feasible explanation for the bespoke problem.
