A Lamina Chromatographic Study on Ginseng and Radix Astragali Capsule

目的:建立医院制剂参芪舒心胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中丹参、三七、黄芪进行定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱图中斑点显色清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:所建立的方法专属性强,重现性好,可用于参芪舒心胶囊的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a control measure for the hospital preparation – Ginseng and Radix Astragali Capsule. Method： to discriminate qualitatively Dansheng（Salvia miltiorrhiza）, Sanqi（Notoginseng）and Huanqi（Radix Astragali）in the prescription by lamina chromatogram. Result： The tincture flecks appear clearly on the lamina chromatographic chart and there is no disturbance compared with excipient. Conclusion： The established method has a strong specialization and good reproductivity and can be used to control the quality of Ginseng and Radix Astragali Capsule.
