左心室射血分数正常心力衰竭患者临床分析

Analysis of cardiac failure patients with normal left ventricular ejection fraction

目的:探讨心力衰竭(CHF)患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)≥40%与<40%的临床比较差异,并评价相关影响因素。方法:选择心功能不全临床体征符合NYHA分级Ⅱ～Ⅳ级的患者100例,LVEF≥40%为观察组,LVEF<40%为对照组,比较两组差异。结果:与对照组相比,观察组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、既往高血压的患病率、左心室室间隔厚度(IVSD)、左室壁厚度(LVPWD)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:射血分数正常的心力衰竭患者较异常患者肝功能损伤较轻,既往高血压病史为LVEF正常CHF患者的危险因素,IVSD为其主要保护因素。

Objective： To investigate the difference in cardiac failure patients with left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）≥40%and 〈40%, and to evaluate influencing factors. Methods A total of 100 cardiac insufficiency patients with clinical sign at NYHA grade Ⅱ-Ⅳ were selected, including 48 patients with LVEF≥40% in observation group, and 52 patients〈40% in control group. Indexes were observed and compared. Results.- Compared with the control group, there were significant differences in alanine aminotransferase, past incidence of hypertension, left vebtricular interventricular septal defect （1VSD）, left ventricular posterior wall thickness （P〈0.01）. Oonclusions： The liver function injury of cardiac fail- ure patients with normal left ventricular ejection fraction is minor. Past history of hypertension is the risk factor, while IVSD is a protective factor.
