胃肠道间质瘤37例临床分析

Analysis of 37 cases with gastrointestinal stromal tumor

目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的37例GIST患者的临床资料,分析其临床表现、术前诊断、治疗方法及手术疗效等。结果:37例手术患者无1例死亡,术后恢复良好,除3例出现短暂术后肠麻痹外,未出现严重手术并发症。37例均进行了随访,随访时间3～37个月,平均18.2个月,随访2年以上者14例,其中34例有随访结果,3例失访,10例死亡。GIST的术前诊断率较低,采用CD117染色可协助确诊。结论:GIST是一类具有恶性倾向的肿瘤,诊断主要依靠免疫组化染色技术,局部切除是有效的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor （GIST）. Methods Clinical data of 37 cases with GIST were retrospectively analyzed, including clinical presentation, preoperative diagnosis, treatment and surgery. Results： No death occurred, and all patients had good recovery after surgery. No severe complication occurred except 3 cases with temporary enteropa- ralysis. The follow-up for 3-37 months, averaged 18.2 months showed 14 cases were followed up for lon- ger than 2 years, 3 eases were out of follow, and 10 cases were died. Preoperative diagnosis rate of GIST was low, and CDl17 staining can be used to help confirm the diagnosis. Conclusions. GIST is a type of tumor with malignant tendency. Its diagnosis depends on pathological immune staining technique, and partial resection is effective treatment.
