白三烯受体拮抗剂联合吸入糖皮质激素治疗儿童感染后咳嗽

Clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with inhalation of corticosteroids on cough after infection in children

目的:探讨白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特联合吸入糖皮质激素治疗儿童感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取我院儿科2009年6月～2010年12月收治的178例感染后咳嗽的患儿,按其所采用的治疗方法不同分为二组,观察组89例患儿采用白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特联合吸入糖皮质激素进行治疗;对照组89例患儿采用吸入糖皮质激素治疗,比较两组患儿治疗1周后、2周后的治疗效果。结果:治疗3周,观察组89例患儿全部治愈,治愈率为100%,对照组89例治愈67例,治愈率为75.28%,二组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组89例患儿平均治愈时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特联合吸入糖皮质激素治疗感染后咳嗽患儿疗效确切、显效快,可在临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with inhalation of corticosteroids on cough after infection in children. Methods A total of 178 children with cough after in- fection admitted from June 2009 to December 2010 were selected. They were divided into two groups according to their treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated by leukotriene receptor antagonists montelukast combined with inhalation of corticosteroids. While payients in the control group were treated by inhalation of corticosteroids. The efficacy 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were observed and compared. Results： After treatment for 3 weeks, all 89 patients in the observation group were cured, and the cure rate was 100.00%. While the cure rate was 75.28% in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. The average healing time for the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions. Montelukast combined with inhalation of corticosteroids is effective, and takes the action more rapidly. It is worthy clinical application.
