摘要
目前,电动汽车的使用处于试验和示范阶段,充电站建设和运营模式的选择尚处探索中。在政府和参与各方的共同协作下,寻求一种使参与者关系稳固并使利益最大化的合作模式,建立互利共赢的分配机制,成为亟待研究的重要课题,也是解决电动汽车推广问题的关键。
Today,the application of electric vehicles is in the testing and demonstration phase, and the construction of charging stations and operation mode are still selected, it has become an urgently important task of research to find out the kind of cooperation and allocation mechanisms, which under the joint collaboration of Govemments and enterprises, making the parties of supply chain establishing to maximize the benefits, fair and rationality.
