外源性ATP对缺氧鼠心线粒体钙离子浓度的影响 被引量:1

Effects of ATP-MgCI_2 and ATP-Mg^(2+) on Ca^(2+) in mitochondria of isolated perfused hypoxemic myocardium in rats

摘要 用液体闪烁计数法测定离体灌注缺氧鼠心线粒体内^(45)Ca的放射性强度(cpm),比较ATPMgCl_2,ATP-MS^(2+)和ATP对离体灌注缺氧鼠心线粒体内钙离子浓度的影响,结果表明,ATPMgCl_2,ATP-Mg^(2+)和ATP组(45)~Ca的cpm在离体灌注缺氧20min以内显著低于对照组(P<0.01);ATP-MgCl_2,和ATP-Mg^(2+)组(45)~Ca的cpm又显著低于ATP组(P<0.01),而ATP-MgCl_2和ATP-Mg^(2+)组间无差异(P>0.05)。提示外源性ATP能够抑制离体灌注缺氧鼠心线粒体内钙离子沉积,以ATP-MgCl_2或ATP-Mg^(2+)形式静脉给药时效果更佳,对实验性缺氧心肌细胞有保护作用。 Using liquid scintillation counting method to measure Ca^(2+) radiation intensity (cpm), the effects f ATP-MgCl_2, ATP-Mg^(2+) and ATP on Ca^(2+) in mitochondria of isolated perfused hypoxeamic myocardium in rats were compared. It was found that exogenous ATP could inhibited Ca^(2+) accumulation in mitochondria of isolated perfused hypoxeamic myocardium in rats, and the effects of ATP-MgCl_2 or ATP-Mg^(2+) was more significant than that of ATP. The results suggest that exogenous ATP has cytoprotective effects on hypoxemic myocardial cells.
