高职院校资产评估与管理专业实践教学问题探索

Study of asset evaluation and management major practical teaching in high vocational college

实践教学是学生在校期间获得实践能力和职业综合能力的最主要途径和手段,在整个高职教育教学体系中占有极为重要的地位。但目前高职资产评估与管理专业由于办学时间短、理论界对其实践教学研究少,尚未形成成熟的实践教学体系。因此通过分析高职院校资产评估与管理专业实践教学存在的问题,对其实践教学改革提出意见和建议。

Practice teaching plays a very important position in the vocational education system, currently, because of vocational assessment management running time is short, the practice teaching and research less, and the practice of teaching has not yet formed a mature system. This paper investigates and analysis the teaching problems of asset valuation and management major in vocational colleges, and gives some suggestions on the reform of practical teaching.
