摘要
[目的]了解铁路职工接种国产甲型H1N1流感病毒裂解疫苗(简称甲流疫苗)后副反应发生情况。[方法]对2009年11～12月到济南铁路疾病预防控制中心接受甲流疫苗接种的959名铁路职工注射后不良反应发生情况进行分析。[结果]959名接种者中,121人发生副反应,发生率为12.62%。副反应发生率,男性为11.91%,女性为14.02%(P>0.05);20～34岁为11.58%,35～50岁为13.98%(P>0.05);车辆检修、公安乘警、车站值班、卫生保障、旅服车间和客运乘务人员分别为12.00%、12.63%、13.04%、11.67%、13.33%、12.67%(P>0.05)。累计发生副反应187人次。其中,局部副反应37人次,占19.79%,发生率为3.86%;全身反应150人次,占80.21%,发生率为15.64%。121人均为一般副反应,其中弱反应占56.20%,中反应占40.50%,强反应占3.31%。[结论]国产甲流疫苗接种后未出现严重副反应。
[Objective]To understand the side effects of domestic H1 N1 flu virus split vaccine. [Methods]Analysis was made on 959 subjects who received vaccination at Jinan railway center for disease control and prevention in November- December,2009. [Results]Among 959 vaccinated persons, 121 had side effects, the rate was 12.62%. The incidence of side effects,male, 11.91%,female,14.02%（ P 〉0.05） ;20-34 years old was 11.58%,35-50 years old 13.98% （ P 〉0. 05）; Vehicle maintenance＇department, public security marshals, duty station, health and social security department, passenger services department and passenger crew were 12.00%,12. 63%,13.04%,11.67%,13.33%,and 12.67%（ P 〉0.05）. A total of 187 person/times. Among them, the local adverse reactions was person/times, accounting for 19.79 %, the rate was 3.86% ;systemic reactions than 150 cases, accounting for 80.21 %, the rate was 15.64%. 121 people had side reaction, weak reaction accounted for 56.20 %, accounting for 40.50 % of reaction, strong reaction accounting for 3.3 1%.[Conelusion]Dmestic H1N1 virus split vaccine has no serious side effects.
