2010年微山县欢城镇农村居民高血压患病状况调查

Survey on Hypertension Among Rural Residents in Huancheng Township,Weishan County,2010

[目的]了解农村居民高血压患病情况及相关行为因素。[方法]2010年9～12月,对微山县欢城镇5个村、1个敬老院的18岁以上居民2 681人进行调查。[结果]调查2 681人,高血压患病率为27.90%。高血压患病率,男性为25.69%,女性为29.43%(P<0.05);18～24岁、25～34岁、35～44岁、45～54岁、55～64岁、≥65岁分别为8.11%、8.39%、14.95%、20.81%、33.81%、41.51%(P<0.01);文盲、小学、初中、高中/中专、大专及以上文化程度者分别为32.81%、29.13%、22.49%、13.40%、10.23%(P<0.01);5个村分别为19.79%、35.40%、31.24%、33.87%、29.90%(P<0.01),敬老院为54.62%;不吸烟者为23.86%,吸烟者为32.81%(P<0.01);是、否经常饮酒者分别为33.33%、26.31%(P<0.01),是、否口味偏咸者分别为35.58%、25.13%(P<0.01),是、否极少锻炼者分别为29.98%、26.75%(P<0.05),是、否超重肥胖者分别为26.31%、28.81%(P>0.05)。[结论]欢城镇农村居民高血压患病率较高。

[Objective]To investigate the prevalence of hypertension among rural residents and the related behavioral factors. [Methods]During September to December,2010,2 681 residents aged over 18, from 5 villages, 1 nursing home in Huancheng township, Weishan county were surveyed. [Results] The hypertension rate of 27.90% among 2 681 persons. For males, the rate was 25.69%; for females, the rate was 29. 43% （ P 〈0.05）. The rate of hypertension was 8. 11% ,8.39% ,14. 95%,20.81% ,33.81% ,and 41.51%（ P 〈0.01） respectively for the age groups 18-24 years old,25- 34 years old,35-44 years old,45 54 years old,55-64 years,and ≥65 years old. The rate was 32.81%,29.13%,22.49%, 13.40% ,and 10. 23% （ P 〈0.01） respectively according to levels of education illiterate,elementary,junior and senior high school/secondary,tertiary and higher. The rate was 19. 79%,35. 40%,31.24%,33.87% ,and 29. 90%（ P〈0.01） respectively in 5 different villages and 54.62% for nursing home. For smokers,the rate was 32.81% and in contrast,the rate was 23.86%（ P 〈0.01 ） for nonsmokers. For frequent drinkers and non-frequent drinkers, the rate wa 33.33% and 26.31% （ P 〈0.01 ） respectively. The rate was 29.98 %, 26.75 % （ P 〈 0.05 ） respectively for frequently exercisers and rarely exercisers. For overweight persons and normal weight persons, the rate was 26.31% and 28.81%（P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion]The prevalence of hypertension is high in rural areas of Huancheng township.
